We can submit your vision certification online if you have been notified that you need to renew your driver’s license. If you have not been seen for an eye exam with us, you will need to make an appointment in order for us to submit the vision results based on the findings. For those who are getting a driver’s license for the first time, a paper form will be completed instead.
